When power begins to rule over people instead of protecting them, silence becomes dangerous.

The killing of Renée Good in Minneapolis raised painful questions about authority, human rights, and moral responsibility. A white American woman lost her life during an ICE operation—and the deeper tragedy may be how quickly people chose to look away.

“She Is Me” is not only about one woman.

It is about what happens when power stands above humanity, when fear replaces justice, and when silence protects injustice.

If it can happen to her, it can happen to anyone.
